Use of the Site
To ensure a safe and professional environment for consumers, we expect our Merchants to behave appropriately. We reserve the right to cancel any account at anytime for any reason. Some of the activities that might result in cancellation include:

Inappropriate Language
The use of lewd or inappropriate language when creating a Merchant account, Location, Deal, etc. is prohibited.

Abuse of System
Privacy and security are extremely important. Anyone who is shown to be attempting to circumnavigate or compromise existing security measures will be barred from the site. Anyone pretending to be someone or something that they are not will similarly be excluded.

Extended Inactivity
If an account is left without any active deals for an extended period of time, we may close that account as part of our routine database cleanup processes.
Verification of Identity
To prevent fraud, we regularly audit our Merchants to make sure that they are who they say they are and are authorized to create deals. We may call you or run background-checks to verify your identity, so please make sure that your contact information is valid and up-to-date.
If a Merchant is suspected of identity fraud, they will be notified and their account will be cancelled. Any outstanding payment balance will be forfeited, and the case may be remanded to the proper authorities.
Certificate Returns
Although certificate sales are final, there are some instances where refunds are granted. An example of this would be if the Merchant goes out of business, but ultimately it is up to our discretion to decide when this is appropriate.
If a certificate is refunded, then a corresponding debit amount will be posted against the Merchant’s outstanding balance to be paid. If the Merchant doesn’t have a sufficient balance to cover the charge, then the remaining charge will carry over until there is sufficient revenue.
In certain circumstances, such as if there is a high balance or long-term debit balance, we may request that the merchant pays for any outstanding charges.
Payments
Merchant payments are calculated and processed on the 1st workday of each month. There may be a delay of up to 5 business days before checks are mailed.
