Use of the Site

To ensure a safe and professional environment for our users, we expect all members to behave appropriately. We reserve the right to cancel any account at anytime for any reason. Some of the activities that might result in cancellation include:

• Inappropriate Language

  The use of lewd or inappropriate language when creating a an account, submitting a review, etc. is prohibited.

• Abuse of System

  Privacy and security are extremely important. Anyone who is shown to be attempting to circumnavigate or compromise existing security measures will be barred from the site. Anyone pretending to be someone or something that they are not will similarly be excluded.

• Extended Inactivity

  If an account is left without any active deals for an extended period of time, we may close that account as part of our routine database cleanup processes.

The following terms apply to all certificates

• All sales are final.
• No cash value for certificate.
• No cash back upon redemption of certificate or at any other time.
• Certificates cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances.
• Limit one certificate per visit.
• Neither the seller nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen certificates or certificate validation numbers.
• Certificates cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Reproduction, sale or trade of certificates is prohibited.
• Any attempt to redeem certificates not in compliance with these terms and conditions will render the certificate null and void.
• Certificates void where prohibited by law.
